Assignment 3
"Spatial Exploration & Manipulation"
Task :
For our final assignment, we were asked to combine our knowledge from assignments 1&2, to articulate design ideas and concepts of spatial relationship; and create a model that conveys emotions through lights and shadows.
Task 1
"Client and Narrative"
To start our project, we were asked to select a client and learn about 3 of their emotions and a narrative to follow through with it. I chose myself as a client, as it would be easier to explore and express my emotions onto a model.
Task 2
"Mock-up Exploration"
After identifying our client and emotions to convey, we were asked to start exploring how to demonstrate these 3 emotions through lights and shadows physically, through mock-up models and space arrangement to follow the narrative.
Task 3A
Final Model
Next, we were asked to combine the 3 "emotion mock-up models" into one cohesive and harmonious model through space arrangement. This is the process and the result of my final model :

A2 Presentation Board
After we were done with our final model, we were asked to start designing and creating our A2 presentation board, showcasing our model and the narrative that follows it.
